El producto se ve de buena calidad. Todavía no lo he probado, pero el gancho es fuerte y la correa es resistente. En el extremo hay una parte para poder poner la mano, como se ve en la foto. No puedo opinar de la comunicación con el vendedor ya que no hablé con él.
